This must be dreadful for you - needles aren't pleasant for anyone but when you have a real phobia and you are having to confront it several times a week, your stress levels must be very high indeed.
Please discuss your fears with your medical team - they will have heard your story before and should be well placed to give you support.
Other than this try speaking with other dialysis users - here and on other forums, as well as at your centre. Other ideas such as hypnotherapy and realxation tachniques may work. Smith and Nephew have a site here
