I was trawling the internet for an old computer (The BBC Micro) the other day. I was reading through the BBC Tomorrows World website - a very popular tv series in its day - and discovered the very first programme in 1965 was about kidney dialysis. The film is available online at Tomorrows World - its near the start so you don't have to watch the whole episode. I remember my wife talking about a dialysing on a Kiele machine for 12 hours every other day - not sure if its the same one though. Russ
